We do not use an SSL certificate because the bulk of our website content comprises of informative articles and other material of interest to potential clients. We do not solicit or will never require you to transfer of sensitive personal information (defined here as “confidential legal or financial information including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, bank security codes, and the like”) to us via this website. We do not collect non-sensitive personally identifiable information (such as name and email address) except as you choose to send to us via mailing forms or other such feature; these functionalities may be handled by third parties who have their own security practices and SSL certificates.
- Allow functioning of website architecture, facilities, and tools –including security tools–as appropriate.
- Understand and save user’s preferences for future visits.

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.
We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site and we do not plan to do so in the future.
Furthermore, we have not enabled Google Analytics or any other site management tool provided by Google (namely Google Search Console) on our site but we may do so in the future. The functioning of these tools is governed by Google’s own policies.
California Online Privacy Protection Act
According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
- Users can visit our site anonymously, that is, you are not required to enter your name, email address, or other personal information in order to view this website.
If necessary, users may change any personal information of theirs that we may have on file (such as email address) by emailing us or by chatting with us either online or via phone call.
Do Not Track
To the extent of our ability to do so, we honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
Third-party Behavioral Tracking
